How do you create your art work?

• All my art is hand-drawn by myself in my studio in Yorkshire. I mainly use coloured pencil to create my drawings. 

Do you hold products in stock?

• Some products are held in stock, and others are made-to-order. There may also be a production time if I need to wait for new stock to arrive. If a product is held in stock or if there's a re-stock/production time this will always be advised on each individual product description. Please consider this information when placing your order. If you'd like to check the production time or if something's in stock please just get in touch. 

Where do you ship to?

• Katie Marshall Design is a small business based in Yorkshire in the UK, for the time being I only ship within mainland UK. 

Can I cancel my order?

• For any products that are made-to-order or not in stock you can only cancel your order before production/printing has started. If you wish to cancel your order please get in touch by email as soon as possible, I will then look at what stage your order is at to see if it can be cancelled.

I have received my order but I think it is faulty, what should I do?

• All items are quality checked, packed lovingly and sent to you directly from my studio. However if you think you've received a faulty product please contact me by email within 14 days of receipt. For more information please see Shipping & Returns page.
